Refund Policy for BalatonWeb

All new customers are eligible for a Money-Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the following aspects of our service:

• Any aspect of our Services within the duration of the Guarantee, and we cannot resolve the problem within a support ticket.
• You found a hosting provider that offers better performance for the same or a lower price for the same website. Please provide at least five GTmetrix runs on both sites with the same settings for comparison. The “Fully Loaded Time” is the indicator we use to determine the performance of the page load speed.

If any of the above apply, please open a ticket to have your contract fees reversed. Our Services are backed by the following guarantees:

• 30-day money-back guarantee for all Web Hosting packages, except for dedicated hosting packages such as “Ultimate (XXL)”.

Deductions

The following items are excluded from the refund:

• Software Licenses.
• Add-ons and Configurable Options (e.g., “WHOIS Privacy Protection”).
• Domain Registration/Renewal/Transfer/Restore.

You can transfer your domain to another provider through the client portal once the domain registration lock period, usually 60 days, has passed. Alternatively, you can leave the domain with BalatonWeb for free until the next renewal period.

Terms & Exceptions

• Valid for new customers only. The first order is eligible for this guarantee.
• The guarantee period starts when the first order is activated, regardless of promotions or free trial periods.
• Account credits cannot be refunded and must be used for purchases and renewals.
• Funds sent to us in excess of the amount owed can only be reimbursed in credits and cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if an abuse was committed. Customers in arrears, grace periods, or in violation of our Terms of Service may not qualify for a refund.

Claims are to be made by opening a support ticket from the Client Area.
